2. No Guarantees

PPV Genie does NOT guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases
• Accurate predictions of fan behavior
• Success for any particular strategy

All insights are based on your uploaded data and industry patterns. Results may vary significantly based on your audience, content quality, and execution.

3. Data Usage

By uploading CSV files, you consent to PPV Genie using anonymized data to improve our analytics algorithms. We NEVER:

• Share your personal information with third parties
• Sell your data
• Access your OnlyFans account directly
• Store identifiable fan information

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated messages are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending to your fans. PPV Genie is not liable for any content you choose to send.

5. Pricing & Billing

• 7-day free trial (no credit card required)
• $27/month subscription after trial
• Cancel anytime via your account settings
• No refunds for partial months

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload data that violates others' privacy
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account credentials

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
